Merlyn L Geisinger

Merlyn L. Geisinger, 74, of Kutztown, died Wednesday, May 2, 2012 in his residence. He was the husband of Maryann B. (Glowatsky) Geisinger. They were married January 20, 1968.

Born in West Reading, he was a son of the late Clarence L. and Anna M. (Oswald) Geisinger. Mr. Geisinger was employed as a watchman at the former Garden State Tannery, Fleetwood over 25 years until his retirement in 2002, prior to that he was a stitcher at the former K & B Shoe Factory, Macungie.

He is survived by Wife, Daughters, Susan A. (Geisinger) wife of Richard A. Moyer, Diane M. (Geisinger) Zettlemoyer companion of Kevin D. Rohrbach, and Tammy D. Geisinger, all of Kutztown; Son, Ricky L. Geisinger companion of Brenda L. Braund, Kutztown. Other survivors include Sisters, Loretta J. (Geisinger) wife of Kenneth F. Kuzan, Kutztown Roxie A. (Geisinger) wife of Lester Hilbert, Topton, Mary Jane (Geisinger) Miller, Reading, Ruth S. (Geisinger) wife of William Seidel, Reading and Shirley M. (Geisinger) widow of Albert Potzman, Mertztown. There are also 6 Grandchildren, David A. Moyer, Jimmy L. Moyer, Jennifer L. Zettlemoyer, Travis W. Zettlemoyer, Taylor A. Geisinger and Brandon L. Geisinger.

Funeral Services are Monday, May 7, 2012, 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, 19530. Interment in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Township. Friends may call Monday, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home.

Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
